We are excited to share some very exciting AMO February product updates with you!
We’ve been working on these updates for a few months now and include some highly requested features such as “One Click Dues Renewal”, Dues Notifications re-attaching invoices, allowing Organizations to update their contacts and more!
The Verified Senders E-mail Update has also now been fully deployed, you will only be able to send e-mails from e-mail addresses that have been verified in the Association Home > Verified Senders area, please reach out to help@amohq.com for assistance if needed.

One Click Dues Renewal
We have now implemented a brand new payment system to help ease the process for members to easily pay their dues WITHOUT having to login.
In the Dues Notifications & Send Dues Invoices area you will now see a new merge tag “~[[invoice_payment_link]]~”
This will include a “Click Here To Pay Dues” link in the E-mail, which will allow payment of dues invoice without any login.
This will not display any member information when clicking the link
Dues Notification, include previous PDF invoice attached to the e-mail
We have updated the Dues Notification to include a new “Attach Last Unpaid Invoice PDFs” this will allow you to re-attach the Last Unpaid Invoice to any follow-up Dues Notification e-mail reminders
Org Admins Add/Remove Contacts, Include Activity Log
Primary Contact Admin area in Member Center can have a button to Add Individual To My Organization.
Added Individuals will be displayed in a bottom accordion on the AMO Admin>Member Management>Individuals with an added timestamp and added by
*Feature can be turned on via General Information>Member Center>Allow Individual Additions for Primary Contact Admin trigger field
General Invoices Payment Link Update
The Payment Link that is generated from the General Invoice Management system has now been updated to our new payment link tokenization method
General Invoices E-mail BCC Field
When creating a General Invoice from the Invoice Management Area, you can now pick an e-mail address to receive a BCC of the Invoice E-mail.
New AMO CMS Shortcode – Display Committee Members List w/ ID
There is now a new AMO CMS Shortcode to generate a Committee Members List – “~[[display_committee_members_ID]]~”
You will need to replace the “ID” with the Committee ID number to target a specific Committee.
Dynamic Delete Segment Button For Messaging
We have now added a Dynamic Delete Segment button when deleting previously created Segments in the Messaging System, clicking this will now delete the segment and reload on the same initial Messaging screen
AMO CMS Forms now creates a communication record in Individual Records
When a Member completes an AMO form setup from the Website Management > Forms area we have now created a new area to show completed forms by Members on the Communications tab on the Individual Profile in the AMO Admin area
Allow Group Member Permissions to access Broadcast E-mail Message System
You can now allow Group Members with the “Member” permission level to access the Broadcast E-mail Message System, previously this was reserved for only Group Admin permission levels
Group Documents System Updates
We have now updated the Group Documents area to have the same functionality as the Website Management > Documents area
You can now assign Categories to the folders as well as keywords on the individual documents during the upload document process
Duplicate Products in the Store
We have now added a duplicate button for the Store Management > Store Products area
Add Send New Document E-mail to Privacy Options on Member App
The “Display Privacy Fields on Application” toggle will now show the “Send New Document E-mail” toggle on New Membership Applications
Archive Indicator when manually updating Dues Types on invoices
In Individual/Organization Transactions>Dues History detail the Dues Type ddl will now display **Archived**
AMO Quality of Life Updates / Fixes
Browser Cookie Updates
To improve better browser security with AMO we have now added a Samesite=”Strict” parameter to all the AMO cookies.
Pay Dues With Credit Card & Pay Dues With Check URL Update
Pay Dues With Credit Card & Pay Dues With Check button will now go to https://admin.associationsonline.com/sites/secure/renew_dues.cfm instead of https://www.associationswebsiteurl/secure/renew_dues.cfm to be able to facilitate the Return to Admin Area buttons without running into cookie samesite=strict issues with the different domains when the admin and the website are different.
