Segment Builder for Individual & Organization Reports

We have now added a brand new ability to Save your Report Filters for the Individual & Organization Reports, this is similar to the Messaging Segment system.

After selecting filters – check this box, name the Saved Search

You’ll then be able to select this from a drop-down and load these filters, saving extra time.

Advanced Search for Individual & Organization Tables

We have now added an Advanced Search system at the top of the Individual & Organization Member Management areas.

Classified Ads Custom Fields

We have now added our famous Custom Fields system to the Classified Ads!

Head to Information Boards > Classified Ads

Member Center Tooltips Pop-up

To help your Members further understand each of the Member Center areas, we have added a brand new Tooltip pop-up system that lets you add additional info for when members hover their mouse over a Member Center Area, you can also control the Tool Tip color as well.

Head to Website Management > Display Areas

You’ll now see a new Tooltip Text area.

To change the color of the pop-up head to Website Management > Website Style and change your color here.

Membership Application Privacy Options

We have now added the ability for when New Members are joining to Opt-Out of Broad E-mails & Individual Directories.

Head to Dues Management > Membership Applications to enable this feature.

General Scheduled Messaging Improvements

To improve our Scheduled Messaging system and to work better with the Event Scheduled Messaging, we added the option to update the list of Members before the scheduled message goes out. This ensures that information for new members in those segments is current.

Auto Dues Renewal Enabled Filter

We have now added a new Auto Dues Yes / No filter to the Individual Report to facilitate reports on which members have this turned on / off.

Member Status Active / Expired added to Messaging Filters

We have now added the Member Status Active / Expired to the Messaging Filters.

New Label for “Bill Me” Payment for New Member Applications

We’ve now added a new label option for the “Bill Me” payment type for New Member Applications
You can find this under the Association Home > Labels area

Display Duplicate Member Event Registration

We have already had this function available but was activated along with a different checkbox in the Event Settings – “Disable Member Attendee Name Edit”

This is now a separate box for control from that one to make this functionality more apparent and not tied to the other setting here.

Added AMO ID to My Account

We had some groups request to display the AMO ID in the My Account area. Members will now see this ID in the My Account Member Center Area.

AMO Quality of Life Updates / Fixes

Alternative Email Footer General Messaging Fixes

The Alternate Email Content now supresses the “official message” notification and replaces all of the content in the e-mail footer for e-mails sent from the Member Management > Messaging Area

You can find the Alternate E-mail Content area in Association Home > General Information > Site Settings

Event Financial Report by Activity – Added Date Registered Data

When you run an export to Excel Spreadsheet, the Date Registered data is now pulled into a column on this report

Recurring Donations added to Member Center Payment History

Recurring Donations were not appearing in the Member Center Payment History – this has now been fixed.

Added Missing Form Labels for Accessibility

While we continue to improve AMO for everyone – we recently ran some WAVE reports and made updates to missing Form Labels across the AMO CMS.

Added Missing Asterisk to Job Board E-mail Required Field

Fixed Check In Dashboard for Blank Attendee Status Values

Fixed Custom Fields Data Issue in Custom Directories

New CSS Classes / IDs have been added for the following areas

As some areas of the AMO CMS are reviewed and requested to be modified/hidden, we continually add new CSS classes to allow further control of certain areas in the AMO CMS.
