New Group Member Short code
There is now a new AMO Shortcode in the AMO CMS to display a list of Group members.
Added Exclude from Directory Toggle for Organizations
We have now added a control to exclude Organizations from appearing in Organization Directories, you can find this in Member Management > Organizations > Edit Organization area.
Maximum Usage for Dues Discounts
We have now updated the Dues Discounts to allow a maximum usage, similar to the Events Maximum Usage functionality, this is located in the Dues Management > Edit Dues Type > Dues Detail > Edit Dues Detail screen.
Job Board External Application URL
Based on some recent Feedback for the Job Board – there is now an External Application URL to facilitate applications that link to other places.
This will appear on admin side when editing Job postings under Information Boards > Job Board > Edit Job Post
Duplicate Name Record Report
To help find duplicates we now have a new Duplicate Name Report under Member Management > Reports > Duplicate Name Report
Display New Members from Event Registrations on the New Members Report
To help identify which members have signed up during the Event Registration we have now added a toggle to the New Members Report.
You can find this under Member Management > Reports > New Members Report
General Invoices – Admin Functionality Send Receipt
To be aligned with other invoicing areas, the General Invoices area for Individuals & Organizations now has the Create PDF Receipt functionality.
You can find this on Member Management > Individual / Organizations > Edit Individual / Organization > Transactions > Invoice History > Edit Invoice
PDF Download for Survey Results
We have now added a PDF output for Survey Results, located under Polls and Surveys > Edit Survey > Survey Results
AMO Quality of Life Updates / Fixes
Update Website Style Moving Slowly
We’ve had reports of AMO moving slower than usual when updating the Website Styles under Website Management > Website Style, this is has now been resolved and should now update quicker.
Event Preview E-mail Workflow Changes
Previously when clicking the E-mail Preview in Member Management > Messaging it would take you back to the Segment selection, this now brings you back to the Messaging area properly.
PDF Spacing Issue Fixes
We’ve noticed and had reports of the PDF Footer spacing creating too much white space, we’ve rewritten some areas where the PDF Footers are generated to now remove the extra space there added by default.
