New Messaging Filter Options

A new filter option has been added to the Messaging tool.  You are now able to message all members that are NOT registered for whatever event(s) you add to the filter box. 

This is great for pushing stragglers to register, without sending to people who have already registered for the event.

Find the new tool in: Member Management -> Messaging, down by the Committee and Category filters.
