Find Archived Email Messages

View a list of your historical messages:

Head to Member Management >> Reports >> Select Messaging Report in the Report Type drop down. Fill out any of the filter fields to refine your search, or simply hit the “Get Report” button to see the entire list. The resulting list will show the date the message was sent, the subject of the message, and a details button to receive further information about a particular message.

 

Clicking the Details button gives the following options:
  • Message ID
  • Number of Individuals the message was sent to
  • Date Sent
  • Message Subject
  • The email address that was used as the Sender
  • An Attachment filename (if any)
  • The Type of Message (Dues Notification Email, etc.)
  • A list to view a copy of the message
  • A list of every individual who was sent the message (Last, First, email address)
