How To: Reset Members Password
When Members are having issues with their password, they can click Reset Password to receive an e-mail to reset their password. AMO also has the ability to let you reset their password for them, please see below for a step by step guide.
1. To get started, navigate to Member Management >> Individuals
2. Search for the Individual, Click the Edit Icon next to their record
3. On the following screen, next to their Username & Paid Thru Date will be a Password with a “Click to Reset” link.
4. The screen below will now appear, either click “Click To Send A Reset Password Email” or manually enter their password for them.
