How To: Refund Event / Adjust Registration
AMO has the ability to refund an event & make an adjustment / update to a registration activity.
To Get Started:
1. Navigate to Event Management >> Events
2. Click on the “Edit” Icon next to the Event
3. From there, click on the Attendees Tab
4. Click the “Edit Icon” for the specific member.
5. Next, select the “Registration Group” Tab
5. On this screen, you can click the “Make An Adjustment” Link
6. Enter in a negative dollar amount to cancel out the charge, then click “Update”
7. Click Return
8. Lastly, click “Create Adjusted Invoice”
