How To: Adjust Attendee Registration Activity

AMO allows you to adjust an Attendees registration activity, please see the below instructions for a Step by Step guide.

How To: Create an Event


1. Navigate to Event Management >> Events
2. Click the Edit Icon next to the 2018 Osha Annual Conference
3. Click Attendees Tab
4. Search for Mariana on the right side
5. Click Edit Icon next to her record

6. Click the Registration Group Tab
7. Click this “Edit” link to change her Registration Activity
8. You’ll now see a screen where you can check the boxes for their Registration Activities
9. After checking the appropriate boxes and clicking Update registration, select Create Adjusted Invoice
