Association Management Online comes with a nifty, basic donation management module. It’s designed to track multiple funds and offers online donations. You can establish a goal for each fund/year and it monitors progress against that goal.
AMO’s dues management module is pretty powerful, but like everything in AMO, it’s pretty easy to learn. It’s design allows you to setup specifics for how and when your organization notifies members of renewals. This includes multiple, automatically generated, electronic notifications. You can establish grace-periods and even ask AMO to suspend membership, until payment is received. Members will also see their dues status when they log into your site and will be able to pay online. We think AMO’s Dues feature will save you a lot of time and can accelerate the renewal process and cash flow.
Like Dues Management, AMO’s Event Management is powerful, but easy to learn and use. Whether your events be small & simple or larger & more complex, you will likely find this module does all that you need, and then some. It also handles most Continuing Education tracking needs. General Invoice Management
General Invoicing allows AMO administrators to create ad-hoc or one-off invoices for special circumstances. Payment receipts for those invoices are also applied in General Invoicing. Transaction history for these invoices is stored in AMO’s transactions table for download and reporting purposes.
Information Boards consists of AMO’s Job Board, Resume Board, and Message Board. All three Boards are available in the Member Center, if your association chooses to activate them.
Member Management is an administration area for managing member, and non-member, data records. This is includes both individuals and organizations. Other database elements managed here include committees, categories, volunteerism, member types, and custom fields.
AMO’s Online Store is an easy way to market and sell logo merchandise, publications and other products or services. The store automatically integrations with your merchant payment gateway for online payments. The store also provides the reports you need for fulfilling orders.
AMO’s Photo Gallery is an easy-to-use feature for managing and displaying event and other photos to members. Photos can be mass-loaded to save administrative effort.
Polls & Surveys
Polls in AMO are a very nice way to engage members for a very brief, informal feedback session. Members will see results as the poll is updated with responses from other members. Surveys are a much more formal feedback process. Members will see any active, not completed, survey when they log into the website. Upon completion, the survey will no longer appear for a given member. Surveys can also be used in conjunction with events to get feedback and session reviews from attendees. Survey results can remain anonymous and results can be downloaded for further analysis and reporting to committees and boards.
Sponsor Management is a great tool for managing site, event, and association sponsorships; including invoicing and payment receipt processing. Sponsorships can even be tied to website banner advertising.
AMO makes it easy to divide and share website and member management tasks. A top-level administrator can add secondary-level administrators and narrowly define their administrative access. Board members are also granted additional site privileges.
AMO has a built-in dynamically integrated website system. That system provides administrators with the ability to add and edit website menus, pages, and content. The preset page templates and widgets really make content management efficient and easy to work with. Website Management in AMO also includes Document Management for archiving and displaying documents to board members and other members.
