A. ArcStone was founded in 1997 and it launched Association Management Online in 2002

A. Association Management Online was created in response to a demand by existing ArcStone non-profit clients that needed a system that at that time didn’t exist.

Q. How frequently are updates made to Association Management Online and what do they cost?
A. Association Management Online released its latest version in mid-2011. As part of that version, all upgrades are made available to all customers, at no additional charge.

Q. Association Management Online has many different modules. How much does each module cost?
A. Our clients get access to all of Association Management Online’s modules without additional charge.

Q. How long does an Association Management Online implementation take?
A. It generally takes as little as eight weeks to 16 weeks, depending on client specifics and their data.

Q. Who owns our data when we use Association Management Online?
A. Your organization does and you are entitled to download and archive data at-will.

Q. How do we install Association Management Online? Do we need our own server, etc?
A. No, Association Management Online is provided as an online service. We take care of all server maintenance, upgrades, backups, and so on. There is also nothing to install on your PC or Mac. You just need a relatively current browser and reasonably good access to the internet.

Q. Does ArcStone offer customer support, email boxes, graphic design services, search engine optimization & marketing, and other services we might need?
A. ArcStone is a full-service web provider. We can’t think of anything your organization might need that we don’t offer.
