Take more than our word for it – Hear what a few of our clients have to say about Associations Online website software:
C. Lally – INTERNATIONAL FOODSERVICE EDITORIAL COUNCIL
“I am thrilled with the functionality and ease of use of the AMO system and am equally appreciative of ArcStone’s client services. I have never worked with a web-techology group that is as responsive, meticulous and pleasant as the ArcStone team. I interviewed a half-dozen other companies before selecting ArcStone. When I compared, on paper, the functionalities and costs vs benefits, I was convinced that they were the right choice for me. After a little more than a year working with AMO and the ArcStone group, the results have exceeded my expectations. My association is small — approximately 275 members — but I think my data-management needs are similar to larger associations’. In addition, I needed a rather complex meetings-scheduling system which ArcStone custom-designed for us. It was affordable and works exactly as I had hoped. In addition to the above, one more remarkable characteristic of the ArcStone team is the enthusiasm with which they approach requests for changes and the speed with which they deliver them. They are also extremely helpful when it comes to offering solutions to new or unforeseen data-management needs. In truth, I cannot recommend ArcStone highly enough.”
L. Hagan – SUNCOAST CHAPTER OF THE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS INSTITUTE
About Suncoast CAI:We are one of the nation’s largest chapters of the Community Associations Institute. Our chapter conducts numerous educational and networking events each year and our members and board are very actively involved in the association and in the industry. Our funding is largely provided through sponsorships and advertising.
Situation: Prior to Association Management Online, we were using a website system that was designed for homeowner associations and largely didn’t fit our needs. We were using Constant Contact for broadcast messaging and Excel to manage our membership, vendor, and prospect database. Event registration and management was largely done manually. We had no online electronic registration. Website content changes were largely dependent on our site vendor. Website sponsorships were manually managed, as well. In short, a lot of our time was spent doing tasks that we wanted to automate and we were working with multiple databases of information. We lacked a central database of record due to the fact that we needed multiple data sets to manage all aspects of our association.
Our AMO Project: The ArcStone project manager worked closely with us during the project and was quick to respond to questions and special requests. The ArcStone team helped us combine and import our data and made sure that results were what we expected. The project was completed on-time and within budget.
Positive Results: With AMO we have solved the challenges mentioned above, plus we have many more features and benefits not previously thought of. AMO’s event management, built-in broadcast messaging and website content management, and sponsor management are just what we needed. The photo gallery, polls, surveys, committee management, and document archive are real bonuses for us. We now have a single database of record. Our members can login and view our directory, communicate with fellow members, see documents, committee members, view their education history, and update their membership profiles. AMO’s sponsorship management allows us to easily track, maintain, and renew sponsorships. The website nicely displays and rotates sponsor ads and we believe will increase sponsor participation.
ArcStone support staff has been very responsive since our go-live and many enhancements have been made to the system since then.
P. Hart – MISSOURI LAND TITLE ASSOCIATION
About MLTA: Our association has been in existence since 1907. We have a very active membership and we conduct numerous training and other events, year-round. Our state now requires licensing for our members, which entails certified continuing education. Our funding is provided through membership dues and sponsorships.
Situation: We began using AMO in 2004 and have just upgraded to the latest version. We use virtually every feature in the system, from surveys, to broadcast messaging, to dues processing, to event management. The original version of AMO was enhanced over time, but there were some structural restrictions that didn’t allow us to have everything we wanted. For examples, we wanted a more advanced website and built-in content manager, secure printable member directory, and social media integration. “AMO2” offered those features and much more.
AMO Project: ArcStone took the time necessary to convert us to the latest version of AMO. The new version of the system is very advanced. We love the custom fields feature, especially. There were a few areas of new AMO that needed adjustments to fit our needs. ArcStone was very responsive in that regard. They also kept the costs within our budget. As a result, we feel we have taken a big step forward in technology and are very happy we made the upgrade.
Today: We have received numerous postive responses from our members in regards to our new site and AMO upgrade. Our board is very pleased, as well. Since we have gone live, ArcStone has continued to work with us to provide support and to assure that we have what we need.
